Due to the repetitive physical effort we make daily during the guiding season, riding week after week, we wanted to find a way to recover faster and to maintain good shape all summer long…
We knew about COMPEX electro stimulation equipment for training and recovery from injuries and wanted to find out more. During the Roc d’Azur 2010 bike festival and after a 55km ride we had the chance to test this equipment and the results were beyond our expectations.
